At Kirkinriola Primary School we really value all of our pupils.

To ensure their voices are heard, we created our first School Council in 2015.

Initially they focused mainly on school improvement and ran fundraising events to support their work. 

As time has passed the groups role have evolved and they now also take the lead in our Eco School projects. 

The council consists of an elected group of represented, one from each year group.

Elections take place in each class every September.
