Father's Day Event

On Friday 19th June we held a special afternoon to celebrate Father's Day. Many of the dads came along and enjoyed outdoor activities and challenges with the children. Dens were erected in our forest area, jungle habitats were created from bricks and blocks and tennis, badminton, swingball and football were played. The dads could see how we develop the important life skills e.g.  negotiating, cooperating, listening to and following instructions etc in our pupils. Everyone enjoyed the food which included oven baked herby potatoes which had been grown by the children in our polytunnel.
